The end user also acknowledges and agrees that, for the purpose of accessing the ERP, their full name, email, and phone number may be collected and stored by the system. Furthermore, the end user understands and consents that providing such information is in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
